Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in cases where the product delivered is::
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item received)
Customers must initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Request Process
To initiate a return:
- Share Order ID
- Provide clear images/videos showing the issue
- Submit a brief description of the concern
Once verified, our team will provide further instructions.
Conditions for Return Approval
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
- Items not meeting these conditions may be rejected
Non-Returnable Items
The following are generally not eligible for return unless defective:
- Discounted or clearance items
- Used or damaged items due to customer handling
Refund Processing
Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation
requests cannot be accepted.

Delivery Guarantee
If an order is not delivered within 30 days from the date of purchase, the customer is eligible for a
full refund upon request.
